Blair Livingston is a founder and market-structure operator who has spent the past 15 years building technology for the capital markets. He began his career in electronic trading and desk strategy at RBC Capital Markets, then joined the founding team of IEX. In 2012 he founded Street Context, a communication and data-intelligence platform used by over 150 brokerages, including the world’s largest sell-side firms. The company was acquired in 2025 by BlueMatrix and Thoma Bravo. Blair now advises financial institutions and founders on how AI and tokenization will reshape trading workflows, liquidity, and market infrastructure — with a focus on practical, near-term use cases rather than hype.
